Jatim, Radar BI | Tim Gabungan Independen Pencari Fakta (TGIPF) melaporkan bahwa suporter Arema FC turut bertanggung jawab dalam kerusuhan yang terjadi di Stadion Kanjuruhan, setelah laga kontra Persebaya Surabaya, pada hari Sabtu (1/10/2022).
TGIPF memaparkan tiga poin penting soal suporter yang disampaikan kepada Presiden Joko Widodo, pada hari Jumat (14/10/2022).
Pertama, suporter dianggap mengabaikan larangan untuk memasuki area lapangan Stadion Kanjuruhan. Mereka juga melanggar aturan FIFA, yakni menyalakan flare atau suar, dan bahkan melempar ke lapangan.
Dalam laporan TGIPF itu tertulis “Tidak mengetahui/mengabaikan larangan dalam memasuki area lapangan pertandingan, termasuk larangan dalam melempar flare ke dalam lapangan”.
Kedua, TGIPF juga menyebut para suporter melakukan tindakan dan melontarkan ucapan yang memancing pihak keamanan, ucapan bersifat provokatif dan melawan petugas.
Terakhir, berdasarkan temuan TGIPF, suporter juga didapati melakukan tindakan anarkis dengan melempar benda keras.
Bahkan dalam laporan TGIPF itu disebutkan, suporter terbukti menyerang dengan memukul pemain cadangan Arema FC dan petugas.
Melawan petugas yang dimaksud dalam laporan TGIPF itu, melempar benda benda keras, dan melakukan pemukulan terhadap pemain cadangan Arema FC dan petugas.
Selanjutnya, laporan TGIPF akan dipelajari dan ditindaklanjuti oleh Presiden RI, Ir. Joko Widodo.
TGIPF merekomendasikan, Polri perlu segera menindaklanjuti penyelidikan terhadap suporter yang melakukan provokasi, seperti yang awal mula memasuki lapangan sehingga diikuti oleh suporter yang lain.
Suporter yang melakukan pelemparan flare, melakukan perusakan mobil di dalam stadion, dan melakukan pembakaran mobil di luar stadion.
Dalam laporannya, TGIPF juga memberikan catatan akhir agar Polri meneruskan penyelidikan tindak pidana terhadap orang-orang lain yang juga diduga kuat terlibat dan harus bertanggung jawab secara pidana dalam kasus tragedi Kanjuruhan itu. (sy/ta/um)
